My goal was to quit corporate America and work from my own home office doing deals.

I've tried all the concepts in real estate. I attended all the seminars, read all the books and listened to all the tapes and CDs.

It's not that you cannot make money with those other concepts, it's just that they are so darn frustrating, time consuming and unproductive.

You name it, I've tried it and you know what, none of these strategies compare to the profit and practicality of a good Lease Purchase deal.
